After a rough few years spent in grief and regret I have found myself again.  My dad stopped by and said, In your grief you have forgotten your gifts.  You have a way with animals.  You are righting impossible to change wrongs with such determination even Lawyers can't do what you do.  Use your voice get your spirituality in check.  Please recognize all the signs you see every day.  You help so many people and non profits.  You may be injured but you always find a way. So I did.  Everywhere I went someone was telling me to meditate.  Slow down. I did not but I crashed anyway.  After being exhausted and depressed I made accommodations for my physical limitations.   Started reaching back out to rescues and non-profits, even my church.  For weeks I had someone ask me for help.  And I was able to.  So here I am with my next endeavor when one door closes another opens.  And I have wanted to do this forever.  

Let's focus on our health, physically and mentally.  Look good and feel good.  Get your glow back.
